Q. How much do I need to pay for damage deposit?

At a residential centre you will have to pay a £40 damage deposit. This is to pay for any damages during your stay. If there are no damages the deposit will be returned when you leave.

Q. If I run out of money, how can I receive extra money from my parents?

A.

Please ask your parents to call the reservations team on the phone number at the top of the page and they will be able to take a credit or debit card payment and transfer the funds to your centre.  The centre manager will then pass these on (please note there may be a card processing fee).

Q. Is there a safe to store my passport & money?

The centre manager will have a safe in their office and they will ask for your passport on arrival – this will be stored in the safe until your departure. You can also ask the centre manager to store any money; you will sign a form which will agree the amount you have handed to the centre manager.
