For homestay students and those in King's College, London Bridge transport passes are included. For residential students in other centres these will be provided if needed for a local visit or excursion. In some centres taxis are provided after evening activities, for young learners who are on the full package.

A.

You will be provided with a timetable of lessons, activities and excursions and these are all included within the cost – most courses will include a half day and a full day excursion each week. There is also the opportunity to book extra optional excursions at an additional cost.

Q. Can I extend my stay once on-site?

A.

In the first instance you will need to check with the reservations team, who will check availability. In most cases should we have availability, you will be able to extend your stay. It will be your responsibility to rearrange flights and meet any visa requirements.

Q. Can I go out on my own in the evenings?

You must never leave the college, campus or homestay family alone or with friends; you may only leave with an Experience English staff member or with a group leader if they have permission from the Centre Manager to take you out and have filled out the appropriate forms.

Your parents must specify the full name of a person over the age of 18 that will be taking responsibility for you when you are out of our care.  They must come to the centre to collect you and bring official identification such as a passport that matches the details th...

You may do this with written permission from your parents in writing. Your parents must specify the full name of a person over the age of 18 that will be taking responsibility for you when you are out of our care.  They must come to the centre to collect you and bring official identification such as a passport that matches the details that have been provided by your parents to sign you out. They must also accompany you back to the centre and sign you over to a member of staff. Curfew times and rules and regulations of the school must be followed at all times.

Q. Do you have a safe for my personal belongings?

A.

The centre manager has a safe where we can store your passport and money, you will need to sign any money over to the centre manager and sign out when you require money. We cannot hold other personal valuables, these are your responsibility.
