We will do everything possible to make sure your time with us is completely safe and problem-free.
We start looking after you from the moment you arrive in the UK. You can book an airport transfer service with us and a driver will be waiting for you at the airport to take you directly to your accommodation. You can also book this service on departure.
You can choose the type of accommodation you want to have when you book a course with us – we are happy to make all the accommodation arrangements for you. Our most popular option is homestay, where you will stay with a local host who we have carefully selected and who will welcome you as a new member of the family. You will share the common areas of the house and you will receive breakfast and dinner each day and in some cases lunch during the weekends. We have other accommodation options you can check in ‘What accommodation do you offer?’
All of our school team and homestay hosts pass the most rigorous checks and have the experience required to cater for your needs. We also have a 24-hour emergency contact procedure in place in all of our schools.

We will do everything possible to make sure your time with us is completely safe and problem-free.
We have a full tuition and activity programme and young students are kept busy throughout their stay. Following the British Council guidelines, we make sure all students under the age of 18 are supervised at all times. No student is permitted to leave the centre unless accompanied by either a member of our team or their group leader. After evening activities, students in homestay accommodation will return to their hosts in pairs, or accompanied by a group leader or member of our team.

All of our schools team and homestay hosts pass the most rigorous checks and hold the experience required to cater for the needs of young learners. Our transport, activities and excursions are all assessed to ensure full compliance with local regulations and health and safety requirements, and our staff will accompany you on all trips.

Medical care and insurance
We have qualified first aiders on sites and all of our schools have links with local dentists, doctors and hospitals. Our programmes include a comprehensive travel and medical insurance. Please contact us for further details regarding the policy and prices.
Transfer
We are happy to arrange transfers to and from the airport and our team are available to help as soon as you arrive. In case of any delays or problems, we have a 24-hour emergency contact procedure in place in all of our schools.
